What is a CBCT scan?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

It\u2019s basically a three-dimensional radiograph. CBCT stands for \u201cCone Beam Computed Tomography\u201d.\u00a0It is quite similar to the \u201cCAT scan\u201d technology used in the medical domain. The difference is that a cone-shaped beam is used to image a small area exclusively with significantly less radiation. \u00a0There is lesser distortion as compared to 2D images.
