Orthognathic Procedures
After the complete analysis of the patient data and reaching on a final treatment plan, the surgery is carried out. Either a maxillary procedure, mandibular procedure or both upper and lower jaw procedures are carried out simultaneously as per the treatment plan.
Maxillary Procedures
Maxillary procedures include Osteotomies conducted on the maxilla at 3 levels:
- Lefort - I
- Lefort - II
- Lefort - III
- Segmental procedures - Anterior segmental procedures of the maxilla.

Bilateral Saggital Split Ramus Osteotomy
This procedure is carried out when the complete mandible has to be moved in an anterior or posterior direction.
